By using WP Doctor services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

WP Doctor provides WordPress diagnosis, repair, emergency support, and maintenance services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Diagnosis Fee

  • The $49 diagnosis fee is non-refundable
  • The fee covers time spent assessing your website
  • If you proceed with repairs, the diagnosis fee is credited toward the final repair cost

Quotes & Repairs

  • All repair work is quoted after diagnosis
  • No repair work begins without your approval
  • Pricing varies based on complexity

Payments

  • Payment is required before work begins
  • Subscription payments recur according to the selected maintenance plan
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Maintenance Plans

  • Maintenance plans cover updates, monitoring, and minor fixes only
  • Unused support time does not roll over
  • Plans do not include major repairs, rebuilds, or custom development

Emergency Services

Emergency fixes prioritise stabilisation and restoring access. Full repairs may require additional quoting.

Liability

While we take every precaution, WP Doctor is not liable for:

  • Data loss where no backup exists
  • Third-party plugin or hosting failures
  • Pre-existing security vulnerabilities

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
